Questions
What counts as a license?
One active watcher. An uptime check on a URL is one; an SSL expiry check on a hostname is another. Paused watchers don't use a license.
Can I change my license count?
Any time from the Billing page. Increases are prorated onto your next invoice; decreases credit the difference.
What happens if I drop below what I'm using?
Your newest watchers are paused until usage fits. Nothing is deleted, and they resume automatically when you add licenses back.
Are the downloadable tools free?
Yes — anyone with an account can download them, plan or no plan.
How do I cancel?
Billing → Manage payment & invoices opens the Stripe portal, where you can cancel. Watchers keep running until the end of the paid period.
Can I monitor internal / private IPs?
No — checks run from the public internet and private, loopback and reserved ranges are blocked. For internal networks, grab the downloadable tools.
